The company believes in ensuring value for money and we endeavour to ensure that all documentation is a product of “Less is More”. We believe that unnecessary items in details not only add up cost-wise, but also create maintenance and inter-related problems.

Thus in house check lists and the directors vetting all drawings during and at completion of documentation ensures a product that is virtually variation free and easy for the builder to construct from. The end result is a quality building at a cheaper cost.

As we are all aware, the skills of local contractors in on-site management are low and constant assistance is required to ensure the project is completed satisfactorily. Consequently, this service is provided by our full time Contract Administrator and Partner of the company.
